Property records used across assessment, ownership, transaction, distress, propensity, and equity workflows.
- Used for: assessor, deed and mortgage, listing, distress, propensity, and equity features.
- Identity contract: PropertyID and normalized property keys support joins across the medallion.
- Control: source-data display, redistribution, and automated-use limits remain governed by the private SOW.
BatchData Subscription
Enterprise API and skip-trace services used by controlled property-contact workflows.
- Used for: authorized contact enrichment and skip-trace operations.
- Control: usage, retention, and account limits must be checked against the private source agreement.
Iceberg Data Collection Order
A vendor-operated Zillow collection service with recurring delivery to 8020REI.
- Used for: vendor-managed collection of a defined external property-data source.
- Control: source scope and delivery obligations must be reviewed in the private purchase order.
SysAdminOK General Service Terms
General conditions for managed infrastructure, server administration, monitoring, backups, and related technical services.
- Used for: infrastructure administration and continuity support around the data platform.
- Control: service scope, data handling, and service-level details must be read with the applicable private order.
The Blacklist Alliance Service Agreement
Recurring list-screening service used by controlled outreach and compliance workflows.
- Used for: recurring list screening before authorized outreach activity.
- Control: account access, service limits, and renewal obligations remain in the private source agreement.
