The shortest reliable path from source data to a model output. This page explains ownership and handoffs; it does not duplicate table inventories, contract text or audit results.

Five responsibilities, in order
- ReceivePreserve the vendor delivery and its provenance.
- NormalizeType, deduplicate and quarantine without changing business meaning.
- ResolveClassify permits, standardize addresses and link records to properties.
- GovernPublish contract-shaped Silver and Gold data only after gates pass.
- UseBuild time-safe training rows, scores, coverage views and client outputs.
